Okay so im gonna try and keep this as non-cheesy as possible.
If you are here for the first time look to the right upper corner and sign up if you want, however you can browse the league without signing up.
You do need to sign up to write in the forum i believe so...
Now to find your name look under "divisions/teams/sched" and scroll down on the teams tab in the upper right. there are no divisions, just the two teams.
